  1. Buy the Plan by dialling *139*44254# and then following the instructions.
  2. Add your Family Members by dialling *139*44254* followed by the number of your Family Member (starting with 44) and then #, then follow the instructions.

Via My Lycamobile

Sign in your account and select the Family Saver Plan option and then follow the instructions.

Via Customer Services

Call Customer Services on 322 to activate the Family Saver Plan.

1. What is the Family Saver Plan?

The Lycamobile Family Saver Plan is the perfect way for you to save money when paying for more than one phone plan. You can add up to four plans for your Family, allowing you to save up to £30 per month on your family’s phone bill. The more Family Members you add, the more you save. There is one main account holder (‘Parent’) who is responsible for all charges.

2. How does the Family Saver Plan work?

If you are a new customer, you must order your new SIM with our £25 Family Saver Plan. You can then add extra Family Members to this Plan. Each additional SIM you buy to add to the Family Saver Plan will have a lower cost than the previous one.

3. How many Family Members can I have on my Family Saver Plan?

You can have up to four Family Members per Family Saver Plan.

4. When does each plan expire?

All individual Plans on your Family Saver Plan will expire on the same date as your Parent account.

5. Can I add a Family Member to my Family Saver Plan at any time?

Yes. You can add a Family Member to your Family Saver Plan at any time but it still expires on the same date as your Parent account. For example, if you add your 3rd Family Member 10 days after your Parent account has started, you will still be charged at just £15 but it will only have 20 days of validity. However, all Family Saver Plan accounts will renew at the same time the following month based on your account balance. If you don’t have sufficient balance to renew all your plans they will all be cancelled.

6. Can I change a Family Member?

Yes. Log in to your My Lycamobile account and follow the instructions to edit or remove a Family Member. The changes will only occur at the end of the expiry date. Only a Parent Account can change a Family Member.

7. Can I cancel my Family Saver Plan?

Yes. Log in to your My Lycamobile account and follow the instructions to cancel your Family Saver Plan. A Family Member can cancel their own Plan but only a Parent account can cancel the Family Saver Plan for all Family Members.

Terms and conditions

Customers can buy the Family Saver Plan and add Family members through their phone (by USSD) or by logging in to My Lycamobile. A customer can have up to four Family Members per Family Saver Plan. All activated Family Saver Plans will expire on the same date as the primary (Parent) Plan. A customer can add Family Members to his Family Saver Plan at any time, but this may result in a shorter validity period for those Family Members. For example, if a customer adds a 3rd Family Member 10 days after the main Plan was purchased, the 3rd Family Member’s Plan will be charged at £15, but will only have 20 days validity. However, all Family Saver Plans will renew at the same time for the next month, if the Parent has sufficient balance in his account. If the Parent does not have sufficient balance to renew all the Plans, the Plans will not be renewed. The customer can add, remove or change a Family Member from his Family Saver Plan at any time. To add, remove or change a Family Member, customers must Log in to My Lycamobile and follow the instructions. Any changes will only occur after the expiry date, if the service has been used by members. Changes will occur depending on the account type. For example if the customer is a Child Member, he can cancel only his Plan, whereas if the customer is a Parent, he can change or remove the other Family members. If the Parent cancels his Plan, the Plans of all Family Members will be cancelled.

Lycamobile Family Saver Plan (“the offer”) inclusive allowances are for calls and texts from the UK to standard UK landline (starting 01,02 or 03) and other UK mobile numbers, and for mobile internet usage in the UK. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 4G availability is subject to handset model and location. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may not buy another offer during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer repurchase their bundle. In bundle data usage is rounded up and charged in 1KB increments. Once the data allowance of a bundle has been fully used, additional data usage will be charged at standard rate. Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these terms & conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time with reasonable notice. Note that promotional credit (credit which Lycamobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle. The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only – Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), if it is being used for tethering or if any reason Lycamobile reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy where we consider that the usage was illegitimate.
