How do I become Lyca Mobile customer? 

Very easily: choose the plan that best fits your needs and follow the purchase process. If you select an eSIM, you will have a working new phone number within just a few minutes. A physical SIM will be sent to you within a few working days.  

How do I register my Lyca Mobile SIM or eSIM? 

In Austria, all SIM cards must be registered. We have built a fast and simple registration process that takes only a few minutes and can be completed 100% online. Please visit the following page and follow the instructions: → https://pbxident.com/Lycamobile/registration 

How do I activate my Lyca Mobile SIM or eSIM? 

After registering your SIM/eSIM on the registration page the SIM needs to be activated:  1) For physical SIM cards: simply insert the SIM into your phone – it will activate automatically. 2) For eSIMs: scan the QR code you received by email and follow the instructions. This takes a maximum of 1 minute.  After that, you’re ready to call and browse the internet. 

How can I check my balance? 

You can check your balance anytime and anywhere by downloading the Lyca Mobile App. Alternatively, you can dial *137# free of charge and press call. Your balance will be displayed immediately. 

Does my plan expire, or is it automatically renewed? 

You can decide this yourself. Lyca Mobile plans are automatically renewed as long as you have sufficient balance. If you don’t want automatic renewal, you can easily disable it in the Lyca Mobile App. 

How can I cancel the automatic renewal of my plan? 

You have two options:  1) Dial *190# before the expiry date and follow the instructions. 2) Log in to the Lyca Mobile App and switch off automatic renewal in your settings.
