This offer is for customers who want to port their number from another provider to Lycamobile. In order to receive the offer, customers must request activation of the offer when requesting the transfer of the telephone number. Customers must wait for the confirmation message before they can use the offer, or dial „* 137 #“ on their confirmation phone. The offer is valid for 30 days and then automatically extended. It is recommended that customers have the minimum amount for the first activation and subsequent renewals of the account unless they no longer wish to claim the offer, then dial * 190 # on the phone for termination. If a customer does not have enough credit on the account, the customer has 48 hours to balance the balance and then send an SMS with „PORTIN“ to the number „3333“. Customers must wait again for the confirmation message before the offer can be used again. This offer does not apply to the number ported from Lycamobile to Lycamobile in the last 15 days. It is possible to use roaming in European Union (EU / EEA) countries, the maximum data limit for which is 100 GB (Fair Use Policy). The offer is only for non-commercial, private, personal use.
